In this beginner level talk we look at different ways of creating forms in Drupal, and their suitability for different situations. We discuss Form API: how to change existing forms and creating new forms from scratch.

edocr.com (runs on Drupal) - Challenges of a tech startup

Abstract: 
edocr.com was selected in 2008 as one of the 20 hottest tech startups of UK by Webmission08 supported by Doug Richard's of BBC's Dragons Den fame and UKTI. Soft-launched in Oct 2007, edocr.com will begin commercial operation on June 1st 2009. Not being a techie, I would like to discuss the challenges faced in developing such a product in a bootstrapped environment and the key role played by local community. Also keen to explore experience anyone has of running a Drupal front-end in EC2 AWS.
